At MasterChef, we stand behind the quality of our culinary tools and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your kitchenware doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused kitchenware in its original box, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a complete refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned cookware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
